Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 2 days before the tour start date. Late Bookings: For bookings made within 24 hours of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and G-Cash. All payments must be made in PHP. 2. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation by Customer: A day before the tour start date: loss of the 50% payment Cancellation by company: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, political instability), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred, such as non-refundable flights or other travel arrangements. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. 3. Changes to Bookings Changes are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of not more than 500 PHP per change, plus any additional costs from our suppliers. No changes can be made within 24 hours of the tour start date. 4. Traveler Responsibilities Documentation: It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport, visa (if required), and any other necessary travel documents. Health and Fitness: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and possess the appropriate level of fitness for the tour they have booked. Compliance: Travelers must comply with all local laws and the instructions of our tour guides and staff. Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or endangers the safety of themselves or others, without a refund. 5. Liability The company acts as an agent for the providers of services and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs during the tour. By booking a tour, you agree to these terms and conditions. 7. Force Majeure In the event of a "force majeure" event (e.g., war, terrorism, natural disaster, epidemic), we will not be held liable for any delay, failure to perform, or cancellation of a tour. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a credit for a future tour, subject to supplier policies.
